If you’re dreaming of a Norfolk wedding that feels relaxed, beautifully styled and completely yours for the weekend, Worstead Estate is something special. Tucked away in the North Norfolk countryside, it offers exclusive three-day hire, giving you time to settle in, celebrate properly and soak up every moment.
I’ve had the pleasure of playing both inside and outside at Worstead, and it’s one of those venues that just works so well for live music. Every space has its own atmosphere, and the flow of the day feels effortless and I’m excited to be returning there this year!
The Thatched Barn
With exposed beams, warm red brick walls and soft lighting, The Thatched Barn is pure romance. It’s an intimate, atmospheric space for your ceremony and there’s something really powerful about returning to the exact spot you said your vows for your first dance later that evening.
As a musician, I love how this space holds sound. Whether it’s a stripped-back aisle song or something upbeat to kick off the evening party.
The Mulberry Room
Light, airy and beautifully versatile, The Mulberry Room provides a blank canvas for your wedding breakfast. It complements the estate’s rustic charm while giving you the freedom to style it exactly how you want.
It’s the perfect setting for those much-anticipated speeches and also perfect for a great wedding breakfast entrance.

Lake Island Ceremonies
One of the most unique ceremony spots I’ve seen.
The private lake island creates a breathtaking backdrop for your vows. Couples can even arrive by rowing across in You and I, their gorgeous 1930s wooden rowing boat, which makes for such a cinematic entrance.
The Team
Marie, the Venue Manager, is genuinely lovely and so helpful with any request. The whole team are warm, organised and calm, which makes such a difference on the day. From a supplier perspective, it’s a pleasure to work here.
